When it comes to labour, the members of the foundation are working together with the employees’ trade unions on labour sustainability. These efforts include training, occupational safety, and the psychological and physical health of employees. This is often done in larger collaborations in order to increase the effect of these concerted efforts.
A recent example is the #Kenniskracht project that offers employers and employees resources intended to shape and define labour sustainability in the workplace.
